a game prototype made in 72 hours for the #minijam100 

in this 4:3 pixelated  top-down cooking game, your main goal is to be efficient and prepare as many pizzas as you can before the time runs out, be careful though, the closer you're to finishing your delicious pizza the more you'll be overloaded by the stress! try to not unleash chaos by accidentally sliding across and ruining your delicious pizza (and score)


CONTROLS

  • WASD to move, walk towards something to interact with it
  • moving while preparing your pizza will increase your stress meter, the closer you're to finishing your next pizza the faster you'll lose control of yourself and slide across the entire room until you crash with something! crashing into something will automatically interact with it, including trashcans (dropping a pizza inside the trashcans makes you lose points, the closer the pizza was to being done, the more score you'll lose)


you must prepare your pizza in order 

  1. dough
  2. tomato sauce
  3. cheese
  4. pepperoni
  5. put in the oven for 6 seconds
  6. drop the pizza where the green arrow is to gain score

(if you don't take your pizza out of the oven after 10 seconds it will light on fire,  grab a fire extinguisher empty handed and then move towards the fire to put it out, you can get rid of the fire extinguisher if you interact with a trashcan)

It was a ton of fun figuring out the puzzle here, once I got a feel for it taking advantage of the movement got really fun! Tons of potential for cool levels if this ever gets expanded upon :D
